After improving the design of the last stage's flow passage of 18MW steam turbine made by Nanjing Turbine and Electric Machinery Ltd. Co., the aerodynamic performance of this stage is improved greatly. As a result, the efficiency of this stage is raised notably. It provides a valuable experience for the improvement of middle and small turbomachinery. Figs 8, tables 2 and refs 5.
