采用等厚度圆盘和矩形横截面的直叶片模拟汽轮机、航空发动机的轮盘和叶片 ,通过在高速旋转状态下叶片断裂撞击机壳的模拟试验 ,得出第一个撞击点打击的能量较小 ,危险的是第二个、第三个撞击点的结论 ,并对撞击现象进行了分析。图 3表 2参
Simulating the body wheel and vane of turbines and aeroengines by adopting the straight vane of uniform thickness and rectangle cross section are simulated. The conclusion is found that the strike energy of first strike point is the minimum, the second and the thired strike point are the best dangerous by the simulant test of broken vanes striking the enclosure in the high speed state. At last the trike phenomena are analyzed. Figs 3, tables 2 and refs 4.
