摘要
根据蔗渣炉燃烧的复杂性和特殊性特点,结合蔗渣炉工艺自动控制要求,提出多变量综合自动控制策略,实现克服系统多变量、强耦合等控制难点,能够适应燃料波动、系统负荷波动特性,较好实现蔗渣锅炉系统安全高效率的燃烧自动控制,各项控制指标稳定度提升,取得良好的控制效果。
Based on the complexity and specificity of the characteristics of the combustion of bagasse furnace, combined with bagasse furnace technology automatically control requirements, proposed multivariable complex automatic control strategy, overcome multi-variable, strong coupling control difficulties, can adapt to the fluctuation of load fluctuation characteristics, fuel system, ahieve a better bagasse furnace system safety high efficiency automatic combustion control, enhance the control index of stability, get satisfactory control effects.
