Educational management is the key point of manpower, material, finance and information resources in education. Meantime, it is the basic assurance in the promotion of educational modernization. It has emerged different educational management models during the development and reform of modern education, such as college model, human model, cultural model and so on, which is based on management theory, management philosophy or management elements. These models have a rich meaning and application value, which provides a useful reference for our higher educational management.
