摘要
采用三维计算机程序对300MW四角切圆煤粉锅炉内的流动、燃烧及传热过程进行了总体模拟。采用后置处理法模拟计算了NOx的生成过程,湍流脉动对NOx生成速率的影响采用β-pdf模型进行模拟。将计算得到的NOx排放浓度与试验结果进行了对比,二者基本吻合。
This paper uses a three dimensional computer simulation predict the behavior of flow,combustion and heat transfer in a 300 MW tangential firing pulverized coal boiler.The NO x formation mechanism is calculated in a post processor routine.The formation of fuel NO x is modelled by means of a simplified probability density function (β pdf) approach.The NO x emissions obtained by the simulations agree well with those measured in the flue gases.Figs 5,tables 4 and refs 11.
