住院患者用药合理性评价分析

目的分析临床药物治疗方案,为临床提供相关数据,促进临床合理用药。方法选取我院2010年1月—2012年12月妇科、产科及儿科住院患者611例,对患者疾病名称和用药情况进行归纳分析。结果 611例患者,合格病例546例,合格率88.1%;不合格病例65例,不合格率11.9%。结论临床药师为临床提供用药参考,在促进用药合理性方面发挥重要作用。

Objective To analyse the drug treatment programs, provide relevant Clinical data, so as to promote the rational use of drugs. Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in drug treatment programs, pointed out the medication er- rors, and gave some suggestions to improve the treatment program, the clinical pharmacist analysised the disease and the appro- priate medication as while. Results 611 patients, the drug use in 546 cases was basically rational, with an rational use rate of 88. 1% ; While the drug use in 65 cases is irrational, with an irational use rate of 11.9%. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists provide medication recommendations and play an important role in promoting drug use reasonable.
