不同剂量米非司酮治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效观察

Effects of Different Doses of Mifepristone in the Treatment of Menopausal Uterine Bleeding

目的对不同剂量米非司酮治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血(更年期功血)的临床疗效及其不良反应进行观察。方法回顾性分析2011年1月—2013年1月在我院住院诊治的更年期功血患者72例的临床资料,随机将其均分为观察组A、B两组和对照组C组,A、B两组服用不同剂量的米非司酮,C组服用甲羟孕酮,观察比较3组的临床疗效及不良反应反应情况。结果 3组患者症状均得到不同程度缓解,A、B两组的治愈率分别为87.5%、83.3%,高于对照组41.7%(P<0.05)。A、B两组患者服药时期间均发生闭经,且无异常出血发生。恶心症状:C组18例,B组10例,A组7例;呕吐症状:C组5例,B组1例,A组0例。3组都未出现皮肤色素沉着、肝功能异常、血糖异常等。结论米非司酮在治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血方面具有效果好、服超低剂量不良反应小、疗效安全、复发率低等优点,是一种理想的药物治疗方案。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of different doses of mifepristone in the treatment of perimenopa- usal patients, and to observe the side effects. Methods We retrospectively analyzed clinical data from 2011 January to 2013 January in our hospital diagnosed 72 eases of perimenopausal patients, randomly divided into the observation group A, B two group and the control group, C group, A, B two groups with different doses of mifepristone, C group was treated with me- droxyprogesterone acetate, and side effects of clinical observation comparison of three groups of cases. Results After treat- ment, the symptoms of the patients in three groups were improved to different degree, the cure rate in group A was 87. 5%, B group was 83. 3 %, the cure rate in group C was 41.7% （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Mifepristone in the treatment of climaeterie dysfunctional uterine bleeding effect is good, suit the ultra low dose little side effect, safety, low recurrence rate, is an ideal drug treatment program.
