摘要
目的探讨硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法选取我院在2010年12月—2013年3月收治160例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察患者给予硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗,对照组患者单独使用甲钴胺治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组临床疗效总有效率为95.0%,对照组临床疗效总有效率为77.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均没出现严重不良反应。结论硫辛酸与甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著,值得广泛推广和使用。
Objective To discuss the effect of treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with lipoic acid and mecobal- amine. Methods Choosed 160 patients from Dec. 2010 to Mar. 2013 to divide into study group and controlled group. The study group were treated with lipoic acid and mecobalamine, controlled group were treated with mecobalamine. Results The effective rate in study group was 95. 0%, higher than 77.5% in controlled group （P 〈0. 05）. There was no adverse effects in these two groups. Conclusion Treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with lipoic acid and meeobalamine can receive good effects to extend in clinic.
