金泽冠心胶囊药效学试验研究

THE PHARMACODYNAMICS STUDY OF JINZE CORONARY CAPSULE

目的 :研究金泽冠心胶囊的药物作用效应并探讨其作用机理。方法 :用不同剂量的金泽冠心胶囊对脑垂体后叶素致豚鼠心肌缺血的影响试验及其对小鼠耐常压缺氧能力的影响试验。结果 :金泽冠心胶囊三个剂量组(1 42、0 .71、0 .36g·kg 1)均能明显改善垂体后叶素所致豚鼠心肌缺血及明显提高小鼠耐缺氧的能力 ,且作用与剂量呈依赖关系。结论 :金泽冠心胶囊是较好的治疗冠心病的新药。

OBJECTIVE:To study the pharmacodynamics and the mechanism of Jinze coronary capsule.METHODS:The experiments of cavy’s myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin and the hypoxia tolerant ability of mice were employed by Jinze coronary capsule.RESULTS:In our research we found that Jinze coronary capsule in three dosage groups(1.42,0.71,0.36g·kg 1 )can obviously ameliorate mice's myocardial ischemia that induced by pituitrin and can obviously improve mice's ability of hypoxia tolerant,which all depended on the dosage.CONCLUSION:Jinze coronary capsule is a new kind drug for coronary heart disease.
