摘要
单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型胸苷激酶基因 (HSV1 tk)是众多药敏基因中研究最多的一个 ,其杀灭肿瘤的机制仍不十分清楚 ,目前它几乎应用到各系统肿瘤治疗研究 ,一些肿瘤已进行临床治疗试验。本文就tk基因的分子结构。
