摘要
目的 :探讨用犬建立舌骨下肌皮瓣静脉流量检测实验动物的可行性和优越性。方法 :12条犬通过动物外科制备舌骨下肌皮瓣 ,并用电磁血流量计对犬颈外静脉行无创伤检测 ,建立一种无创静脉流量定量检测的动物模型。结果 :12条犬被成功测得颈外静脉血流量为 4 5± 0 12ml min。结论 :犬是一种理想而经济的进行舌骨下肌皮瓣静脉血流量检测的实验动物 ,电磁血流量计可在所建动物模型进行无创伤定量检测 ,有较高的可行性和重复性。
Objective:To establish an animal model in dog for detecting the volume of venous flow of infrahyoid myocutaneous flap(INMCF) Methods:[WT5”BZ]External jagular vein of twelve dogs was detected by electromagnetic flow meter(EMFM)after finishing animal surgery of IHNCF.[WT5”FZ]Results:The external jugular vein of twelve dogs.The volume of return flow showed successfully 4.5±0 12/ml/min. Conclusion:Dog is a good animal for detecting the volume of venous flow of infrahyoid myocutaneous flap(INMCF).This noninvasive and quantitative detection of electromagnetic flowmeter was used in animal model of dog
