目的 :旨在建立口腔正畸网络化的电子病历管理系统 ,实现正畸病历的电子化管理。方法 :应用计算机网络技术 ,数据库技术 ,语音识别技术 ,IC卡技术建立面向临床正畸医生的正畸电子病历网络管理系统。结果 :该系统的使用可以将正畸临床信息 ,包括一般情况 ,病史 ,临床检查 ,模型及X线检查 ,诊断及治疗过程 ,疗效评估等 2 6 2项内容完整、准确、方便地进行管理 ,提高了医疗质量和医疗效率 ,并为临床教学、科研创造了良好的条件。结论 :正畸电子病历网络管理系统的应用为正畸病历的现代化管理提供了可靠 。

Objective:To develop a system of orthodontic computerized medical record network management system.Methods:The orthodontic computerized medical record network management system was established by techniques of network,database,voice recognition,smart card.Results:By this system,the clinical information can be completely and easily managed including the chief complaint,case history,clinical examination,model and X-ray analysis,diagnosis,treatment plan,and the result evaluation etc.Conclusion:The orthodontic computerized medical record network management system would supply a valuable computerized management tool for orthodontic medical record.
