摘要
目的 克隆人分泌型肿瘤坏死因子相关激活诱导因子 (s TRANCE)的编码区 c DNA片段。 方法 从人淋巴结组织提取总 RNA,利用 RT- PCR技术扩增人 s TRANCE基因编码区序列 ,将其克隆至 p MD18- T载体中 ,并行序列测定。 结果 克隆获得的 744 bp片段与文献报道的人 s TRANCE基因编码区 c DNA序列一致。 结论 本研究为进一步研究 s TRANCE的生物学性能和用于肿瘤生物治疗的可能性打下了基础。
Objective\ To clone the human secreted form tumor necrosis factor(TNF)\|related activation\|induced cytokine(sTRANCE).\ Methods\ Human sTRANCE cDNA was amplified with total RNA from human lymph node tissue by RT\|PCR,then cloned into pMD 18\|T vector and sequenced.\ Results\ The cloned human sTRANCE cDNA sequence is identical to the published sequence.\ Conclusion\ These results lay foundations for study biological actions and potential utility in neoplasms treatment of sTRANCE.\;
