血脂灵治疗高脂血症102例疗效观察

Observation on the Management of Hyperlipemia with Xuezhiling(血脂灵),a Report of 102 Cases

:采用血脂灵治疗高脂血症 10 2例 ,并设脂必妥治疗 5 8例为对照。结果 :治疗组显效 6 8例 ,有效 31例 ,无效 3例 ,总有效率为 97.0 6 % ;对照组显效 43例 ,有效 6例 ,无效 9例 ,总有效率为 84.48% ;两组比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。治疗组治疗前后 TC、TG、HDL - C比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;与对照组治疗后比较亦有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。

cases of hyperlipemia were treated with Xuezhiling and 58 cases treated with Zhibituo (脂必妥) were set up as the control group.Result:In the treatment group 68 cases were remarkably effective, 31 cases effective and 3 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 97.06%;In the control group,43 cases were remarkably effective,6 cases effective,9 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 84.48%.The difference between the control group and the treatment group was significant(P<0.05).The difference of TC,TG and HDL-C between the two groups after treatment was significant(P<0.05),it was also significant (P<0.01) between the two groups of TC,TG and HDL-C after treatment.
