摘要
网膜素是新近发现的一类主要由网膜脂肪组织的血管基质细胞分泌的脂肪因子。研究发现,网膜素可通过抑制c—Jun氨基末端激酶(JNK)和核转录因子激活,降低细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)和活性氧簇的表达,参与调控机体的炎性反应。肥胖、2型糖尿病及非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)等代谢相关疾病均存在慢性低度炎性反应,并伴有上述炎性反应因子的激活。网膜素水平的降低与以上代谢相关疾病密切相关。因此,深入研究网膜素的抗炎作用机制可为代谢相关疾病的治疗提供新的作用靶点。
Omentin is a newly discovered adipokine which is mainly secreted by vascular stromal cells of omental adipose tissue.According to research, omentin participates in the regulation of inflammatory reac- tion of the body, through inhibiting the activation of c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) and nuclear transcription factor kappa B(NF-KB ), decreasing the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule- 1 (ICAM-1 ), vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1 ) and reactive oxygen species.The decreased plasma level of omentin is closely related to metabolic diseases, such as obesity, type 2 diabetes and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), which are related to chronic low-grade inflammation.Therefore, indepth study of omentin's anti-inflammatory mechanism can provide new targets for treatment of metabolic diseases.
