The Effect of Isoquinolines on Cardiovascular System

异喹啉类化合物种类多 ,天然来源广 ,有些已经广泛应用于临床 ,尤其用于心血管疾病 ,如高血压、心肌缺血和心律失常等 ,其中包括小檗碱、四氢小檗碱、千金藤碱、四氢巴马丁等 ,此类化合物有广谱的离子通道和受体作用 ,可作用于钾、钠、钙通道和α、β、5 羟色胺、多巴胺受体。

Isoquinoline alkaloids existing widely in herbs,of which some have been used as drugs, especially to treat cardiovascular diseases, such as hypertension, myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia. Compounds of this kind include berberine, tetrahydroberberine, L stepholidine and tetrahydropalmatine,which broadly act on varied ion channels and receptors,i.e. Na +, K +and Ca 2+ channels and α,β,5 HT and DA receptors. In this paper, the mechanism of isoquinolines action on cardiovascular system, involved in ion channels and receptors, was reviewed through concrete examples.
