复方地龙胶囊组方与制备工艺研究

Research on the Composition of Recipe and Technological Process of Fufang Dilong Capsules

通过组方分析和药效实验 ,论证复方地龙胶囊具修复大脑缺血性脑损伤、增加血流量、减少脑血管阻力、延缓体内血栓形成及强效溶栓作用 ;优化提取工艺 ,以地龙活性成分、阿魏酸为指标 ,设计一条经济合理。

The active effects of Fufang Dilong capsules, such as restoring brain injury, increasing cerebral blood flow, reducing cerebral vascular resistance and thrombolytic potential, were described by means of compositional analysis of recipe. A technological process of the capsules preparation, which is economical, reasonable and suitable for industrial manufacture, was designed. The extraction methods of earthworm were compared and the end product contained multiple enzymes.
