1例食管异物致食管主动脉瘘形成假性动脉瘤患儿的急救护理

Nursing care of a child with aortic pseudoaneurysm secondary to aorta-esophageal fistula caused by esophageal foreign bodies

报告1例误食钢丝致食管主动脉瘘形成假性动脉瘤患儿的护理。护理的关键在于术前做好主动脉假性动脉瘤破裂的预防及破裂后的急救处理,术后做好抗凝治疗与护理,严密观察出血情况及与降主动脉阻断相关的并发症,并对患儿及家长进行健康指导。本例患儿抢救成功,住院17d,痊愈出院。

This paper summarizes the nursing care of a child with aortic pseudoaneurysm secondary to aortaesophageal fistula caused by esophageal foreign bodies. The key points in preoperative care were prevention of aortic pseudoaneurysm rupture and proper emergent care after rupture. Postoperative care focused on anticoagulant therapy,intensive observation of bleeding and complications related to aortic occlusion,as well as hearth education for the child and parents. The child survived and was discharged 17 days later.
