炎症性肠病患者疾病知识与需求调查分析

Disease-related knowledge and health information needs in patients with inflammatory bowel disease

目的了解炎症性肠病患者对疾病相关知识的掌握情况和对健康教育的需求，为针对性的健康指导提供依据。方法采用中文版克罗恩病与溃疡性结肠炎知识问卷（Crohn＇s and Colitis Knowledge Score,CCKNOW）对106例炎症性肠病患者进行问卷调查.结果炎症性肠病患者CCKNOW总分为（5．82±4．66）分；其中78例溃疡性结肠炎患者为（5．42±4．44）分，28例克罗恩病患者为（6．61±4．92）分，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。问巷4个维度的问题回答正确率分别为：饮食知识32％～39％，药物知识27％-36％，一般知识22％～28％，并发症知识20％～21％.患者的文化程度和病程是其知识水平的主要影响因素；97．2％的患者对药物和非药物治疗知识有较高需求，90．6％的患者对并发症知识需求强烈;患者疾病知识来源主要是医务人员。结论炎症性肠病患者疾病相关知识知晓率总体水平较低，对药物、非药物治疗知识和并发症方面知识有较高需求。护理人员应根据炎症性肠病患者对疾病知识的掌握程度、不同文化程度和健康教育的不同需求，给予针对性的健康指导，从而促进炎症性肠病患者的健康行为，提高其生活质量．

Objective To investigate the level of disease-related knowledge and health information needs in patients with inflammatory bowel disease（IBD）. Methods A total of 106 IBD patients were investigated with the Chinese version of Crohn＇s and Colitis Knowledge Seore（CCKNOW）. Results The total score of CCKNOW in IBD patients was 5.82±4.66. Among them,the CCKNOW score in 78 ulcerative colitis patients was 5.42±4.44,and that in 28 Crohn disease patients was 6.61±4.92. There was no significant difference in the score of CCKNOW between ulcerative colitis patients and Crohn disease patients（P〉0.05）. The correct rates of disease-related knowledge were 32% to 39% in diet,27% to 36% in medications,22% to 28% in general knowledge and 20% to 21% in complications. The patients＇ educational background and disease course were the main influencing factors of diseaserelated knowledge. The percentage of the patients who showed strong demands on the knowledge related to medications and complications were 97.2% and 90.6%,respectively. Conclusion The level of disease-related knowledge in IBD patients is relatively low. They show strong demands on the knowledge about medications and complications. Nursing staff should provide targeted health education for IBD patients to promote healthy behaviors and improve their quality of life.
