摘要
压力交换器的转子和端盖的相对运动,使流体在端盖和转子内的流动相互干涉,从而引起周期性压力脉动.本文利用RNGκ-ε湍流模型,在转动与静止部件之间采用滑移网格技术建立交互界面,对压力交换器内动静干扰引起的三维非定常湍流进行了计算。通过对端盖内压力脉动的监测发现,其压力呈周期性波动,通过对压力的频谱进行分析发现,各点的压力脉动的主频就是孔道通过频率.这说明利用分析压力脉动的方法提取转速是可行的。
As relative motion is existing between the end cover and rotor of the pressure exchanger, periodical pressure fluctuations is produced by the flow interaction of the end cover and rotor. At the present work, RNG k - ε model is developed to calculate the interaction in pressure exchanger after interfaces between the end cover and rotor are created by moving mesh technology. The pressure fluctuations in end covers present periodical features, and frequency spectrum shows that the dominate frequency of the pressure fluctuation is the channel passing frequency. In general, rotation speed can be measured by the analysis of pressure fluctuation.
