一种磁流变控复合轮系软启动的仿真研究

Simulation and research on soft start-up of a compound gear train controlled by magneto-rheological fl uid

摘要 运用新型智能材料磁流变液与差动轮系、行星轮系相结合,实现了带式输送机的软启动,给出了传动系统布置方式。通过带式输送机负载特性及其启动曲线,建立了传动机构三维虚拟模型,并运用ADAMS软件进行运动学和动力学仿真分析,得到了磁流变控制装置最佳转速及转矩。 The new-type intelligent material of magneto-rheological fluid combined with the differentialgear train and the planetary gear train was applied to soft start-up of the belt conveyor. In addition, the layout of the drive system was offered, and 3D virtual model of the gear train was built according to the load characteristic curve and start-up curve of the belt conveyor. Finally, ADAMS was used to conduct the dynamic and kinematic simulation, and then the optimal rotary speed and torque of the magneto- rheological control device were obtained.
