间歇进水对气升回流一体化装置运行效果的影响 被引量:2

INFLUENCE OF INTERMITTENT INFLUENT ON THE OPERATING EFFECT OF THE AIRLIFTING-REFLUX COMBINED REACTOR

摘要 针对传统分散污水处理工艺能耗大、运行管理不便等不足,本课题组开发了"气升回流一体化"工艺,该工艺依靠曝气剩余气体的气升作用实现混合液回流,并利用缺氧区储存和消解污泥。为模拟农村分散污水昼夜排水量变化大的特点,在总容积为140 L的气升回流一体化装置上,以校园生活污水为实验对象,进行了为期3个月的实验研究。结果表明,在间歇进水的情况下,本装置仍能有效去除COD、NH4+-N、浊度等污染物,出水COD≤50mg/L、ρ(NH4+-N)≤1mg/L、浊度≤5 NTU;但由于停水阶段碳源不足,系统反硝化能力下降,TN去除率仅能维持在50%左右。 In order to solve the high energy consumption and inconvenient of operation and management of traditional decentralized wastewater treatment process, we developed the "airlifting-reflux combined" process, which can use the aeration residual gas to realize the mixture liquid reflux and the sludge can be stored in the anoxic tank. In order to simulate the characteristics of the decentralized sewage water that variation with diurnal changes, an reactor with 140 L total volume was used to treat campus domestic sewage, and the study lasted for 3 months. The results show that: during the intermittent influent phase, the reactor can still effectively remove COD, NH4+-N, turbidity and other pollutants, the effluent concentration were as follows: COD ≤50 mg/L, p(NH4+-N)≤ 1 mg/L, turbidity ≤5 NTU. However, due to the lack Of carbon source, the system denitrification capacity decreased, the removal rate of TN can only be maintained at about 50%.
