肾移植术后继发恶性腹膜间皮瘤误诊一例
摘要
患者，男，53岁，因“肾移植术后大便干燥5年，腹胀个月”入院：患者2005年1月因“尿毒症”在我院行同种异体肾移植术，痊愈出院，院外服用免疫抑制剂并定期复查。术后山现大便干燥，平均2～3d排1次成型褐色大便。2010年1月出现腹胀，尿常规：蛋白（＋＋）；血白蛋白28g/L。腹部彩超：
