摘要
通过乙醇一氨化聚丙烯酸(PAA)体系在合成超微细碳酸锰粉体中的应用,对试剂用量、碳化反应温度、反应时间、体系酸度等因素的影响进行了研究。乙醇与锰溶液按体积比为1:1、聚丙烯酸按体系中经过折算的碳酸锰质量的0.5%~0.9%加入,在室温下按化学剂量往锰溶液中添加碳化剂搅拌30min,并陈化24h,获得D90达1.8μm的超微细粉体碳酸锰。
Through the application of ethanol-ammonification polyacrylic acid (PAA) system in the production of superfine manganese carbonate powder,the influencing factors, such as amount of reagents, reaction temperature, reaction time, and carbonization system's acidity,were studied.The amounts of ethanol and manganese solution was according to the volume ra- tio of 1:1, the amount of PAA was according to 0.5%-0.9% of the calculated mass of MnC03 in the system, and then add car- bonization agent into manganese solution according to the chemical dose at room temperature, stirring for 30 rain, and matur- ing for 24 h.Under those conditions, superfine manganese carbonate powder with Dgo up to 1.8 μm could be obtained.
