知识密集型服务业服务模块化界定与测度 被引量:8

摘要 目前知识密集型服务业服务模块化测度的视角并不统一,适用对象过于单一,给服务模块化研究带来诸多不便,阻碍了模块化理论的进一步深化。整合产品视角和过程视角,提炼出知识密集型服务业服务模块化与制造业产品模块化、其他服务行业服务模块化的区别,进而系统地描述知识密集型服务业的服务模块化。在此基础上结合模块化文献,分析知识密集型服务业服务模块化的核心构成要素——模块自律性和界面标准性。最后借鉴并整合测量其他行业模块化的问卷,提出测度知识密集型服务业服务模块化的量表,并予以验证。 Following the scale development procedures, we operationalize service modularization in knowledge-intensive business service firms (KIBS). Sampling from classic knowledge-intensive based service ( i.e. accounting firms, architecture firms and law firms) in China, the authors find that the construct of modularization consists of two dimensions-modular self- discipline and interface unification. Then reliability and validity are examined in a normal cycle.
