宁夏自然科学基金是自治区科技计划体系中唯一资助应用基础研究的科技计划。结合该基金定位,通过对近五年宁夏获自然科学基金资助的项目负责人进行问卷调查,全面分析科研人员对宁夏自然科学基金的认识,对该基金评审、管理等环节的满意度和对基金作用与贡献的评价,得出综合评价结论。

Ningxia Natural Science Foundation is the only program supporting applied basic research in the local science and technology programs of Ningxia. Combining with the foundation＇ s position, by a questionnaire survey of the project leaders supported by Ningxia Science and Technology Foundation in recent years, the paper has a comprehensive analysis on the researcher＇s recognition to the Funds, the satisfaction degree to the Funds management and the project review, the e- valuation on the Funds role and contribution are provided. Finally, the evaluation conclusions and recommendations are drawn.
