摘要
采用源于人格心理学的凯利方格技术,对在高校一线工作并有技术转移经验的教师和相关管理部门负责人进行深度访谈,分析得出制约我国高校技术转移活动的10个重要影响因素,并提出我国高校技术转移影响因素的概念模型,对深入理解高校技术转移活动提供参考。
Adopting Repertory Grid Technique based on personality psychology, the paper carried out in - depth interview with colleges and universities' teachers and chiefs of relative departments, who have been engaged in scientific research and have experience of technology transfer. On such basis, the paper obtained 10 important factors which may have an in- fluence on the universities' technology transfer in our country. The paper then put forward a conceptual model of the uni- versities' technology transfer influential factors, which offers some references for the understanding of these.
