摘要
技术的个体化是技术使用的前提和基础。需要关注的技术个体化问题包括标准化技术与技术使用者个性之间的矛盾、意会性的技术如何个体化等问题。个体通过技术学习、技术实践、技术经验总结这一循环过程习得技术。关注技术个体化有利于合理、适度地处理技术与个人之间的关系和完整理解技术这一活动过程。
The individualization of technology is the prerequisite and base of technology use. It needs to pay attention to the problems of technical individualization, including the conflicts of the standardization of technology and technology us- ers＇ personalities, and problems of individualizing tacit technology. Individuals learn technology through technology study, technology practices and technical experiences. People acquire technology by this cycle. Focusing on technology individual- ization is conducive to our reasonable, moderate the relationship between technology and person. It is also useful to get a complete understanding of the technology process.
