摘要
组织文化作为提高企业竞争力的重要资源,受到众多管理者和学者的关注,但以往研究更多关注组织文化与财务绩效的影响,而忽视组织文化与企业非财务绩效的影响。通过实证研究探讨组织文化对员工工作态度的影响关系,并引入组织社会化作为中介变量,尝试对组织文化和员工工作态度的关系进行全面解析。研究结果表明,不同类型的组织文化对工作满意度、组织承诺和工作投入的影响效果是不同的,同时验证了组织社会化在组织文化和工作态度关系中起着部分中介的作用。
Organizational culture is the important resource to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Many managers and scholars pay attention to it. But more researches put the emphasis on the impact of the financial performance, which ig- nores the non - financial performance. The paper discusses the empirical research of the relationship between organizational culture and work attitude and the mediating effects of organizational socialization in the process. The paper tries to analyze comprehensively the study. The result shows that the effect of different types of organizational culture on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job involvement is different. It also shows that organizational socialization trust partially me- diates the relationship between organizational culture and work attitude.
