摘要 目的:利用双波长高效液相色谱法,建立偏瘫口服液中阿魏酸、丹酚酸B的含量测定方法。方法:采用双波长HPLC法,WatersSunFireC18(4.6mm(250mm,5μm)色谱柱,柱温35℃;甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,以1.0mL·min11流速梯度洗脱;阿魏酸检测波长为318nm、丹酚酸B检测波长为286nm。结果:根据回归方程,阿魏酸和丹酚酸B的线性范围分别为6.152—76.9μg(r=0.9998)、294.8~3685.0μg(r=1.0000);加样回收率分别为99.7%(n=6)、98.2%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简单,结果准确,重复性好,可有效地提高该制剂的内在质量,也为该药品标准进一步研究,提供一个准确的参考方法。 To establish an HPLC with dual - wavelength detection method for simultaneous determination of Ferulic acid and Salvi- anolic acid B in Piantan oral liquid. Methods: The quantitative analysis was carried out on a column of Waters SunFire C18 (4. 6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) by HPLC with dual - wavelength , by a gradient elution using methanol (A) and water (B) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL . min-1 at 35 ℃ ; The eluate was detected by multiple wavelength: 318 nm for Ferulic acid (0 ~30min), 286 nm for Salvianolic acid B (30 -50 min). Results: The linear ranges of Ferulic acid and Salvianolic acid B fell within the ranges of 6. 152 - 76.91μg ( r = 0. 9998 ) and 294. 8 - 3685.0 μg ( r = 1. 0000) ; The average recoveries were 99. 7 % ( n = 6 ) for Ferulic acid and 98. 2% ( n =6) for Salvianolic acid B. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, reliable and can be use to improve inner quality, also provides a reference standard for the quality control of Piantan oral liquid.
