摘要
目的:研究汉桃叶胶囊最佳生产工艺。方法:用正交试验法和小试,优选出最佳干浸膏制备工艺,用吸湿性试验和小试,确定制剂成型工艺。结果:浸膏制备为第一次加8倍量水煎煮2小时,第二次加6倍量水煎煮1小时;制剂制成装0号胶囊,粒重0.48g,浸膏粉:淀粉:磷酸氢钙3:1.2:0.6,休止角31~33,崩解度10分钟左右。结论:工艺合理,质量稳定。
Study optimum production process of Schefflera Kwangsiensis Capsule. Method: Use orthogonal test and small - scale test to select the best preparation technology of dry extract, and use hygroscopicity test and small - scale test to determine formation technology of preparations. Result: For extract preparation, add water of 8 times the quantity and boil for 2 hours for the first time, and add water of 6 times the quantity and boil for 1 hour for the second time; the preparation is made in 0# capsule, with 0. 48g per capsule, the proportion of extract powder: starch: calcium hydrophosphate is 3: 1.2: 0. 6, angle of repose 31 ~ 33, disintegration about 10 minutes. Conclusion: The process is reasonable with stable quality.
