马齿苋提取物对湿疹大鼠皮肤炎症肿胀度影响的研究

The Exploration on the swelling for Portulaca Extracts on Treating Acute Eczema

目的:通过观察马齿苋提取物对湿疹大鼠皮肤肿胀度的抑制作用,探讨其抗炎作用,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:SD大鼠50只,按体重随机分为5组,每组10只,分别作为模型对照组,阳性对照组,马齿苋提取物高、中、低剂量组。用2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)在大鼠右背部涂抹造模。实验第21天断颈处死,剪取造模皮肤及对称的左侧健康皮肤,取相同面积的皮肤,比较皮肤重量。结果:与模型对照组比较,马齿苋高、中、低三个剂量组均能减少大鼠皮肤的肿胀度(P<0.05),与阳性对照组比较,马齿苋高剂量组皮肤肿胀度明显小于阳性对照组(P<0.05)。结论:马齿苋提取液减少了湿疹大鼠皮肤的炎症反应,具抗炎作用,对湿疹的治疗有一定意义。

Objective： To investigate the inhibition of the swelling on the eczema skin, exploring the effect of the anti - inflam- matory, and to provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods： 50 SD rats were randomly divided into model group, positive group and high, medium, low dose of Purslane group. 2, 4 - dinitrochlorobenzene was used on the right back of rat for making eczema model. 21 days later, all animals were sacrificed, eczema skins and normal skins were taken out, and compared with the same size of the skin. ResultS ： All of the high, medium, low dose of Purslane group, could reduce the swelling on the eczema skin （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The swelling of high dose group was less than the positive group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Purslane extract decrease the inflamma- tion on the eczema skin, and has some meaning for the treatment of eczema.
