摘要 根据微燃机燃烧室国内外实际技术水平及技术基础,对烟气循环富氧燃烧微燃机燃烧室进行了设计,并对所设计燃烧室进行模拟计算,根据模拟结果对燃烧室结构进行多次优化。选取原始计算设计模型及两个典型优化设计模型从冷态流场、压力分布、过量空气系数、温度场分布、燃烧效率、比面积热强度、出口温度均匀性等几个方面对研究结果进行了描述。结果表明:优化结果基本达到了设计要求,为富氧燃烧室的设计提供了依据。 Based on the existing technology of the micro gas turbine combustor a micro gas turbine combustor with the oxygen-enriched combustion using the flue gas-recycling was designed, the performances of the combustor was simulated, and the structure of the combustor was optimized according to the numerical simulation results. Performance of original design model and two optimal models was compared and cold-state flow field, pressure distribution, excess air coefficient, temperature field, combustion efficiency, hot strength and outlet temperature uniformity were analyzed. Results show that the final optimal design basically meets the design requirements, which provides a scientific basis for the design of the oxygen-enriched combustion chamber.
