摘要
试验旨在研究不同代谢能和蛋白水平对"京红1号"蛋种鸡育雏期生长性能的影响,并初步讨论二者的互作效应。试验采用3×3双因子设计,能量水平分别为11.84、12.15 MJ/kg和12.46 MJ/kg,蛋白水平分别为19%、19.5%和20%。选用刚出壳的"京红1号"蛋种鸡3 600只,随机分为9个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复80只,进行6周的饲养试验。结果表明:试验处理HL(12.46 MJ/kg,19%)表现出最高的平均体重和日增重、最低的饲料增重比,能量水平对平均体重和血浆尿素氮有极显著影响(P<0.01),对平均日增重和饲料增重比均有显著影响(P<0.05),蛋白水平仅对采食量有显著性影响(P<0.05)。综上,在设定的9种能量和蛋白的组合中,以能量12.46 MJ/kg和蛋白19%的组合,对育雏期的京红1号蛋种鸡的生长性能产生的效果最好。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of different dietary metabolizable energy (ME) and crude protein (CP) levels on growth performance in 0-6 week Jinghong layers. A total of 3 600 0-day-old layers were randomly assigned to 9 treatments in a 3(ME)×3(CP) design with 5 replicate of 80 birds. 9 diet treatments were formulated based on metabolizable energy (ME) content of 11.84, 12.15, 12.46MJ/kg and crude protein(CP) content of 19%, 19.5%, 20%. The results showed that the HL treat (ME 12.46MJ/kg and CP 19%) performed well in BW, ADG and F/G which had a significant difference with other treats (P〈0.05). At comprehensive consideration of growth performance, 12.46MJ/kg and 19% were respectively recommended as ME and CP levels in 0-6 week Jinghong layers.
