The Cultural Method and Technique of the Skeletal Muscle Satellite Cells

摘要 骨骼肌卫星细胞是一类具有增殖分化能力的肌源性干细胞,一般情况下处于静息状态,当肌肉受到损伤刺激时,卫星细胞就会被激活,增殖分化,融合成肌管,最后形成肌细胞,修复受损组织。卫星细胞在骨骼肌生长发育过程中具有重要作用,因此建立骨骼肌卫星细胞体外培养体系并研究其功能与作用机制意义重大。本文就骨骼肌卫星细胞体外培养、纯化和鉴定方法与技术进行了综述。 Satellite cells are skeletal muscle stem cells that have the ability of proliferation and differentiation. It is activated when the muscle fiber is injured and then it begin to proliferating, differentiating, fusing myotube, and last it helps to produce myocyte, repair the damaged tissue, but they are usually silent. Because of the important roles in the process of skeletal muscle growth and development, so it is necessary to build a system of skeletal muscle satellite cells culturing in vito. The purpose of this article is to summarize the method and technique about skeletal muscle satellite cells culturing in vitro.
