名校长基地培养模式探析——基于情境学习理论视角 被引量:6

摘要 基地培养的名校长成长模式是基于对名校长机构培训模式问题的深刻反思,是对名校长实践成长规律、代际传承需求的回应。情境学习理论秉持"情境中学习、实践中成长"理念,契合名校长基地培养模式内涵。从情境学习理论来看,名校长基地培养模式需要转变学习观念、重视合法的边缘性参与、构建校长实践共同体,以实现名校长基地培养的过程规范。其路径优化关键在于做好以下两个方面工作:加强情境问题的理论指导,促使实践与理论的融通;拓展基地培养的视域,实现本土化和国际化的融合。
