摘要
文章在管理咨询过程框架下研究企业客户、咨询前台业务和咨询后台业务之间的知识转化机理。通过分析管理咨询项目的业务流程,借鉴野中郁次郎等人的SECI模型,构建了管理咨询项目的知识转化模型。该模型刻画了管理咨询项目实施过程中知识转化的过程和转化机理。最后,具体分析了该模型主要内容和特点。
This paper discusses the knowledge transformation mechanism among enterprise clients, foreground consulting serv- ice and background consulting service within the framework of management consulting process. By analyzing the business process of the management consulting project, and using the SECI model of Nonaka et al for reference, this paper constructs the knowledge transformation model of the management consulting project. The model depicts the knowledge transformation process and mechanism during the implementation of the management consulting project. Finally, the paper analyzes the main content and characteristics of the model in detail.
