摘要
随着档案开放意识的觉醒,档案的文化属性逐渐得到深刻认知,这就揭示了档案除具有资治、存史功能外,还具有文化传承和教育功能。档案教育功能的实现是档案与文化与社会的最佳结合点,对改善档案部门公共关系、促进馆藏档案资源增值开发具有重要意义。目前,我国档案教育功能并未得到深刻认同,在实践上也存在局限性,这就需要以积极倡导"全民参与"理念、积极开拓网络平台、积极加强体验教育、积极践行"大档案教育观"作为档案教育功能实现的发展方向。
With the arousal of archival openness, its cultural nature has been acknowledged further, thus leading to the cognition of its educational function except for administering and history-keeping. The educational function of archive is the juncture of itself with culture and society, this has significance to improve archives' public relationship and promote value-added exploitation of archival resources. However, educational function has not been deeply identified; there has limitations in reality, so development orientation should be made in order to really realize this function: initiating "all participants" concept; pioneering network platform; enhancing experimental education; bonding with school education.
