数字档案馆项目风险因素的理论分析

本文借鉴一般IT项目风险识别方法和成果,根据综合性国家数字档案馆的建设目标,参照《数字档案馆建设指南》和相关地方标准规范,从前期准备、基础设施建设、基础业务建设、资源建设和保障体系建设等五个环节入手,分别探讨各环节建设中可能存在的风险因素。

Using the general IT project risk identification methods and results, according to the goal of digital archives, with reference to A Guide to the Construction of Digital Archives, Procedures of the Con- struction of Digital Archives of Jiangsu Province, and other standards, this paper starts from the five as- pects of preparation, infrastructure construction, business construction, resources construction and security system construction, and explores the risk factors that may be present in every aspect.
