摘要 [目的]Flometoquin是由日本Meiji Seika Kaisha与Nippon Kayaku共同开发的新型喹啉类杀虫剂。为了研究该类杀虫化合物,探索其合成方法并进行生物活性测试。[方法]以4-三氟甲氧基苯酚、2-甲基-4-硝基氯苯、2-甲基-3-氧代戊酸乙酯和氯甲酸甲酯为起始原料制备fl ometoquin,经核磁验证其结构。[结果]生物活性测定结果表明该化合物对小菜蛾和黏虫具有很好的防治效果。[结论]Flometoquin具有优异的杀虫活性,作为一类具有新颖化学结构的杀虫剂,值得进一步研究。 [Aims] Flometoquin is a novel quinoline insecticide which was developed by Meiji Seika Kaisha and Nippon Kayaku. To study this class of insecticide, the synthetic method and bio-aetivity were explored. [Methods] Flometoquin was synthesized by 4-(trifluoromethoxy)phenol, 1-chloro-2-methyl-4-nitrobenzene, ethyl 2-methyl-3-oxopentanoate, methyl chloroformate as start materials, and its structure was confirmed by H NMR. [Results] The test result showed that flometoquin exhibited good insecticidal activity against Plutella xylostella and Mythimna separata. [Conclusions] Flometoquin provides potent insecticidal activity, it deserves further study as a kind of insecticide with novel chemical structure.
