摘要 [目的]对不同含水量吡蚜酮原药和各助剂筛选,开发出合格的吡蚜酮悬浮剂。[方法]对70%~96%吡蚜酮原药和不同润湿分散剂配制成吡蚜酮悬浮剂后测定性能,确定吡蚜酮悬浮剂的配方组成。[结果]适合开发悬浮剂的吡蚜酮原药含水量为15%~25%,分散剂为丙烯酸和马来酸酐共聚物,对研制的吡蚜酮悬浮剂理化性能测定,该悬浮剂的各项指标均符合要求。[结论]制得了合格的吡蚜酮悬浮剂,田间药效试验结果表明吡蚜酮悬浮剂对水稻飞虱的防效在90%左右。 [Aims] Different water content and additives was screened to synthesize pymetrozine SC. [Methods] Different pymetrozine SC was synthesized with 70-96% pymetrozine TC and several different wetting and dispersing agents, and the performance of every formulations were determined. [Results] The optimal formulations of pymetrozine SC was with pymetrozine TC which moisture content was 15-25%, and dispersant was acroleic acid and maleic anhydride eopolymers. The physicochemical properties and indicators were qualified. [Conclusions] Qualified pymetrozine SC was synthesized. The results of the field efficacy trials showed the effect on rice planthopper was about 90%.
