摘要
[目的]进一步提高苯醚菌酯的产品品质,方便田间使用。[方法]采用湿法超微粉碎,利用实验室压力喷雾干燥设备对50%苯醚菌酯干悬浮剂进行小试配方筛选。[结果]得到理化性能优良的小试配方,并针对黄瓜白粉病与50%苯醚菌酯水分散粒剂对照进行了田间药效试验,试验结果表明:50%苯醚菌酯干悬浮剂在田间使用更加方便高效,在15~30 g a.i./hm2用量下,对黄瓜白粉病的防效可达83.7%~94.3%,其药效较50%苯醚菌酯水分散粒剂提高2.3%~9.5%。[结论]苯醚菌酯加工成干悬浮剂更具备品质,更高效。
[Aims] The aim was to improve the quality of the ZJ0712 and make it easy to use in field. [Methods] ZJ0712 50% dry flowable (DF) was prepared with wet milling and spray-drying by labware of spray dryer. [Results] The best recipe was achieved, field experiment showed that ZJ0712 50% dry flowable was easy to use, and had good effect on powdery mildew of cucumber, with the control effect of 83.7-94.3% in dosage of 15-30 g a.i./ha, this data is 2.3-9.5 percentage points higher than ZJ0712 50% water dispersible granules (WG) at the same dosage. [Conclusions] Z J0712 is more suitable for DF formulation for high quality and high effect.
