摘要
针对动脉狭窄或动脉瘤等病变血管中的血流动力学数值计算研究有助于了解血管内的血流状况、内部压力以及壁面剪切力分布的特点,在血管疾病诊断方法及特征提取研究中具有广泛应用。考虑到病变血管特性、病灶几何形状、尺寸大小及血流分布的计算方法,近年来,研究者们从不同角度提出了多种血流分布模型。对其中的主要研究成果作了一个归纳总结,阐述了各方法的基本原理和处理过程,讨论了各自的优点、存在的局限性及未来可能的发展方向。
The computer simulation study of hemodynamic plays an important role in the fundamental understanding of the blood flow conditions, pressure gradient, and wall shear stress distribution in the stenotic vessels or aneurysmal arteries. In recently years, several models have been reported for computing the velocity distribution of the steady or pulsatile blood flow in the stenosed or aneurysmal vessels according to their different morphological feature. A general review of the main simulation models was'proposed, and their principles, effects, limitations and possible developments in future were discussed.
