摘要
为研究不同比例饲用黄酒糟对育肥猪生长性能、营养物质消化率及血清生化指标的影响,选取72头体重约53 kg的"杜×长×大"三元杂交育肥猪,按试验要求随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复8头。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验1、2组分别用14%和18%的黄酒糟替代基础日粮中部分豆粕。预试期7 d,正式期79 d。结果表明:(1)各组间生长性能无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,试验1、2组粗蛋白质(CP)消化率分别显著降低了2.83%和4.99%(P<0.05);各组间粗脂肪(EE)、粗灰分(Ash)、粗纤维(CF)及钙(Ca)、磷(P)表观消化率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)各组间育肥猪血清中葡萄糖、钙、磷、总胆固醇、总蛋白、白蛋白、尿素氮含量,碱性磷酸酶、谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活力和IgG、IgM、IgA水平均无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可见,黄酒糟饲用价值较高,在肥育猪日粮中,用14%的黄酒糟替代基础日粮中部分豆粕,对其日增重、料重比、血清生化指标以及免疫指标均无显著负面影响。
A study was conducted to determine the effects of feeding amount of yellow rice wine lees (YRWL)on the growth performance, nutrient digestibility and serum biochemical index of finishing pigs.A total of 72 health pigs (Durocx LandraeexYorkshire)with an average initial body weight of 53 kg were randomly allocated to 3 groups by weight and sex. Each group included 3 pens(replicates)of 8 pigs each.Pigs in the control group were fed the corn-soybean meal diet.ln the test group 1 and 2, partial soybean meal of the control diet were replaced by YRWL, accounting 14% and 18% of the diet, on the basis of isonitrogenous,isocaloric and amino acid balance.The feeding test lasted for 79 days after 7 days of adap- tation period.The results showed that:( 1 )there were no significant differences of growth performance among groups (P 〉 0.05 ), but pigs fed the diet containing 14% YRWL had a better performance; (2)compared with the control group,the ap- parent crude protein (CP) digestibility of test group 1 and test group 2 decreased by 2.83%(P 〈 0.05)and 4.99%(P 〈 0.05 ), respectively.In addition, there were no significant effect on apparent ether extract (EE), Ash, crude fiber (CF), Ca, P digestibility (P 〉 0.05 ) ; (3)there were no significant differences on serum TP, ALB, GLU, Ca,TP, BUN contents,or ALP, GOT, GPT activities, or IgG, IgM, IgA levels among groups (P 〉 0.05 ).In summary, YRWL had a high feeding value ; 14% YRWL-based diet had no negative effect on growth performance, feed gain ratio, serum biochemical parameters and immu- nity of finishing pigs.
