摘要
条件平台建设是北京市农林科学院推动科技创新的战略重点。本文探讨了基于条件平台建设、围绕院学科发展,通过建立大型仪器共享管理体系、设立共享补贴基金,来调动仪器拥有方与使用方的积极性,以促进仪器设备的开放共享。该共享管理体系经过多年的建设、发展与完善,已逐步实现了制度化与规范化,并取得了良好效果,为科技创新提供了有力支撑。
The construction of conditions platform is the strategic focus for Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences. This article made an analysis based on the construction of conditions platform and the development of discipline. Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences has promoted the opening and sharing of instruments and equipment by establishing the share management system, setting up laboratory open-access fund, and stimulating the initiative of both the faculty and technical supporting teams. Through many years of construction and development, the share management system has realized institutionalization and standardization, serving as a solid support for the scientific research.
