Research Progress and Case Study on the Competitiveness of Pork Industry Chain System

随着市场竞争的加剧,传统意义上猪肉企业与企业之间的竞争已经逐渐演化为猪肉产业链之间的竞争。本研究结合农业产业链管理和竞争力相关理论,对"壹号土猪"和"金华两头乌"产业链系统竞争力进行了案例分析,并总结了猪肉产业链系统竞争力的培育途径。

With the aggravation of the market competition,from the traditional sense the competition between pork enterprises has evolved into the competition between the pork industry chains. In this paper,combined with the agricultural industrial chain management and competitiveness theory,‘One pig＇ and ‘Jinhua two black＇ industrial chain system,as the case,was analyzed and the way to cultivate the pork industry chain system competitiveness was also summarized at the end.
