摘要
在高校学生服务与管理工作中,辅导员应该根据现代大学生新的特点来调整工作定位,创新工作方式,积极采取"培养+服务""教育+引导"的渐进模式,把当代大学生培养成为人格健全、身心健康的社会主义建设者和接班人。
Counselors should adjust the work orientation and innovate the working style according to the characteris- tics of the new modem college students in service and management, actively take the progressive mode of ＂cultiva- tion ＋ service＂, ＂education ＋ guidance＂ to cultivate contemporary university students to be the builders and succes- sors of socialism with perfect personality, physical and mental health.
