造成高职院校科研中单打独斗现象的原因是多方面的。高职院校科研团队意识淡薄、科研团队精神缺乏的根源在于科研团队体制、机制建设的缺位。高职院校科研团队建设具有必要性和可行性。加强体制、机制建设可以促进高职院校科研团队的协作创新。必须强化高职院校的协作创新文化建设,形成师生员工的协作创新文化自觉。

There are considerable reasons for the isolation of scientific research at higher vocational colleges. The unawareness of teamwork and the lack of team spirit lie in the omission of the mechanism construction of scientific research team, which is inevitable, necessary and feasible. Nothing is more important than mechanism construction in the collaborative innovation of scientific research team in vocational colleges. Great attention should be paid to the building of collaborative innovation culture in vocational colleges for the purpose of arousing the relevant aware- ness of the staff.
