摘要
可行性研究等前期咨询工作在项目全生命周期过程中扮演着极为重要的角色,本文通过对前期咨询工程师应具备的能力和咨询工程师的主要职责进行分析,尝试性的提出提高可研咨询质量的途径和方法。
Preliminary consultation such as feasibility study is a very important role in the life cycle of the project. Through the analysis of the abilities and main duties that preliminary consulting engineers should have, this paper tentatively proposes ways and means to improve the quality of feasibility study consultation.
