摘要 高校现行班级导师制作为辅导员制的有益补充和加强,推行以来凸显出特征性和障碍性矛盾。在不打破班级导师制和辅导员制双轨运行模式条件下,通过调整现行班级导师制运行机制,实行真正意义的党委统一领导和班级导师第一责任人制,并加强班级导师激励和考评制度。实践中注重提高新机制下的班级导师制运作效能、提高班级导师队伍的数量和质量、促进两支队伍能力和水平良性发展,使班级导师制在人才培养和大学生思想政治教育工作中发挥更加重要的作用。 The current class tutorial system as a useful supplement and strengthening of counselor system, since carrying out highlights the characteristic and the obstacle. Without breaking the condition of dual operating mode of class tutorial system and counselor system, by adjusting the operation mechanism of current class tutorial system, it carries out the unified leadership of party committees and the class teacher first responsibility system in real meaning, and strengthens the class teacher incentive and evaluation system. In practice, we pay attention to increase the efficiency of the tutorial system under the new mechanism of class operation, improve the quantity and quality of the tutors group of class and grade, promote the development of the two teams' ability and level, make the class tutorial system play a more important role in talents cultivation and the ideological and political education work.
